Yes I have managed to resolve an issue with Google Play on purchases. It was a task I'm not going to lie but stick with it try different avenues and different ways of reaching out to Google. Relentlessly email them message them however you got to do it bug the crap out of them. Eventually they will get a hold of you. Oh and post stuff on Google opinions that'll help. I got my issue taken care of and received my payment back so have a good night and remember day vigilant

I stopped buying Google play cards the last 6 that I bought didn't work and I got the $50 ones I was mad as heck. Just bug the crap out of them every way u can they will reimburse you for them. Just keep on them emails, letters, photos anything that you can do to get their attention and keep getting your attention good luck
