Google Play

I have been being charged for a couple months now for TextNow charges. I keep telling them that they are taking money that isn't authorized but they keep doing it anyway.

Have never been able to speak to a love person. It's either email or an agent on there site . When I talked to text now they say it's a Google charge. And yet Ive got to way to speak to an actual person.

These people owe me over 150 from textnow and talku! I have never even heard of talk you. I want my money back. They say that they don't know anything about talku but on some of the transactions it's the same exact contact number (that no one actually talks to you).

I put screen shots of some of the transactions. That's not all of them and they keep telling me their not taking my money.

I turned around and found out that there was Google Play purchases being made on my 3 different cards. And I don't want her that often to look at my account details.

So I really didn't notice it because I work a lot. Then I turned around and I filed with Google that they were all flawed during charges and they paid me back for some of them, and they're turning around and there's still a few more that hasn't been paid and they were even on the same day, and they're saying that they can't be refunded but how did they refund the ones to begin with? And not the rest of them? I'm really *** about all of this.

I would just like you know the rest of my money back and I can go on with life. I don't have the money to pay my bills and everything would be OK. Ay Google's multi-billion dollar company a couple $100 inc. It's gonna hurt that Empire.

Pissed consumer.com, that's actually pretty funny. And my tech stream I suppose would seem pretty pissed off but more or less I was just aggravated I thought I expressed that my aggravation not that I was pissed I've been like I said I've been using you guys for a very long time and spent over 25,000 on Google Play. So I know there's got to be some small mistake. I showed you pictures of the gift card and the receipt showing that it is good.

I'm not trying to scam you.

I just want my money loaded. And don't understand why I can't just get a human being on the phone that can do it for me.

Google Play Store employees are stealing card codes and selling them. The employees change your information in the system and you can't redeem Play Card Codes.

They just wait it out, and then the Google employees have successfully stolen your money. The Card Codes are still active because it shows the value. When you click redeem, it says "unable to redeem code, send details" when you send in pictures of the cards and receipts, now the employees have everything they need to redeem it themselves.

Google Play Store employees are stealing your hard earned money, and gift cards cannot be tracked or returned to the store. Google employees are THIEVES & LIARS!
