Yesterday I received a refund for my $19.95 for the subscription for my brand new doorbell. But I got a letter yesterday denying me my second claim for my $32.08Which is another subscription for a doorbell that went bad just days after I purchase that subscription for $32.08 which I purchased it March the 30th they denied me my payment that was supposed to cover for full year and it hadn't even been 30 days.

I am a 62-year-old grandmother raising a grandchild doing the best I can and every penny of my money is precious to me as that's all I have to live on.

I'm still trying to get my $32.08 which they keep sending me that I'm not qualified for it because it don't meet there requirements and I'm very upset about this situation because it's so wrong almost like a big company stealing from the poor and it hadn't even been not even close to 30 days since I made that purchase of $32.08. I do have a photo of the letter that Google Play sent me but I don't know where to send it so you would read it thank you so much.

I have bought a new doorbell video for my house as the other one that I just paid a Year's subscription for went bad as I'm trying to get a refund from that that was 15 days ago that I paid $29.99. my second issue is I got my brand new doorbell cam yesterday I am 62 years old don't know much about computers/ door bells but another payment of $19.99 got applied to the wrong device that I no longer have .

I need a refund to apply it to the right device as I did not know what I was doing very complicated please help. Here are some photos that I took from the brand new doorbell from yesterday the one that says living room is a bad doorbell and I no longer have that don't know why it came on there but the one that says front door is the correct one in my yearly subscription of $19.95 went to the old one and not the front door where it's supposed to please help

Don't mess with google play they will robb you they actully got a policy to scam pepole set up and they get by with steelling pepole money me for my lost wages and my pain and suffering do tome they need to pay me and will pay it told them from day one thst every day they keep my money tied up they will pay me $100 a day

Ok for the 7 times this year already every time I buy a gift card they let me add it to my account then when I try to use my ballance they block me and then take a week then finly will respond with the excuse inconsistencies every time they keep doing this to me if the card was not paid for in the damn store there would not be a ballance on the card thats done been added to my account iys just pure harassment and I want to see them be band from selling gift cards in stores if they going to keep on harassing pepole that supports Google play this is how Google play treats there supoerters there a sorry *** bunch of crooks that dont even apologized for the stress they put someone threw just for supoerting Google play its *** that just becsae there Google play they get by with doing pepole wrong not once but many times they done me like this and not one person in the office or in a hired ranking will step in a do any thing about what Google play is doing to every one it's discriminating against me and harassing me for just buying a card doing everything I am supoed to do the right way then add the card to my ballance just to not be able to use it for a week or two I bought the card to use today not in a week or two then Google play will not even compensate for there wrong doing there streaght up *** hols to the pepole when you contact them there very rude and just cut you off becsae there paid to do what Google play teller them even they know it's not right the employees has to lie to pepole or loose there jobs now someone should man up in the Office or who ever is over Google play should step in and just stop Google play from being able to sell gift cards in stores but they are all scard to death of Google play even are main leader trump will not stop Google play from harassing pepole makes me thing that are government is involde in there harassment I know BBB IS becsaue they will not let you file a complaint on Google play you can on any one els but *** no not Google play they will not let you now Google play you unblock my damn account now and let me spend my money I put on my account and I will never buy or support Google play again in no way at all

Same here. They have no heart no nothing for a senior $400.00 dollars they stole and I'm disable and handicap 70 years old, if they treats there grandparents this way ?

I gave another request for a refund for the unauthorized charges today, they already had them I just had to click on them separately. Their form seems to be I'll use " guarded" yes or no for if it may have been family or friend but most importantly to me was you can't save information especially what you put in.

I did have support again hopefully this will work if not I will call my bank and file a dispute after all it was the fraud prevention department of my bank account that notified me. Oh I thought Roblox had an age limit....Who would authorize $60+ dollars for apps and subscriptions

I didn't get to speak with anyone, instead they give you another link with other options which to me is the run a round chasing your request for a refund for unauthorized charges.

I have not heard anything from Google Play other than a rejection letter saying that they can still my money and there's nothing I can do about it that's about how I see it. I am a single grandmother a 62 years old raising a granddaughter alone on social security and every penny of my social security is precious to me and I cannot have a company stealing money from me on a product I cannot use and I only had it for about 15 days I advise people to not deal with Google Play because I don't have no trust. I'm paying for a product that I cannot use that supposed to be for whole year. I bought a subscription for a older doorbell that stopped working about 15 days after I got the subscription for you they refused by refund as I don't care they took $32 from me as a single grandmother raising the grandchild on social security.

Don’t buy Google play gift cards, because they’ll let you redeem them with no problems, but the second your try to spend your balance, nonexistent “inconsistencies” will show up on your account and you won’t have access to your funds.

I have received four responses so far to my complaints, and every single one is a copy/paste their chatbot CSRs use:"Thank you for contacting Google support.Thank you for your patience while the specialist team reviewed your information. So, I bought and redeemed a $25 gift card for Google Play with no problems at all. However, five minutes later when I tried to spend my funds that were on my account, Google gave me an error message telling me I had to submit a form to correct the issue. This form asked for the store I bought the card in, the city I bought it in, and the code on the card. I provided all that information, as well as photos of the receipts and the cards, but instead of simply unlocking my account, I received nothing but copy/paste messages saying there are inconsistencies with your account. I have opened several tickets about this issue and each one has been given the exact same response. This is just unacceptable, lazy customer service, and I have also filed complaints with the FTC, the BBB, and my State AG Office. For reference, I have copied the response I have been receiving below.

Thank you for your patience while we reviewed your account. We have identified some inconsistencies with your account and as a result, we are unable to fix this issue with your transaction.

Thanks for the heads up partner. But it's a little too late for me too I just got one yesterday and it's same things happening to me can't even get to the lousy $10 virtual card that I got and I cannot use it on my games. You're right it is a rip off so thank you though but a little late LOL.

Very bad I have ask for three days now to talk to a supervisor and still not been contacted by one the supoert dont care about my situation because it not them going threw it so she rudely ended my chat today when I touched base with them again I ask how to send googlplay a bill to where they owe me compensation from my loss of wages and my time lost tonight is the forth night of the singing contest and tomarrow it's over with so them damn *** knocked me out of the hole event made me loose money from that and my suffering from Google doing me like this is very depressing when I done every thing right but its day four now and not one response from any one at all

No matter how many time i emailed them no reply came. I told them I purchased the card by mistake but as of today I have heard nothing from the company.

All I would like is a refund of my $160 as I dont have anyway of using the card.

Google Pay debited my card 3 times back to back unauthorized while my card was locked. Make it make sense.

I need my funds back ASAP and still trying to debit my card. Why???

This is stealing at its finest! I'm going to seek legal action if my funds are not returned.

Google Play subscription allows users to access games and apps without advertisements and paid content. It is designed for app engineers.

You can update Google Play Services from Google Play Store by opening the phone settings and choosing App Details. Just tap Update to install the latest version of Google Play Services on your smartphone.

Google Play subscription renews automatically unless you unsubscribe. To cancel your subscription, you should follow the instructions given on the Payments & Subscriptions tab of the app. Uninstalling the app won’t cancel the subscription.

As stated on the Google Help page, you may submit a refund request on the website for all purchases made accidentally. If you noticed a Google Play purchase on your card but didn’t make it, unauthorized charges may be reported within 120 days of the transaction date. You may also submit a refund request directly to a developer.

You don’t have to install Google Play by yourself, as the Play Store app is pre-installed on any Android device. If you don’t see it, check if it is hidden, or turn off your device and turn it on again.

To remove a credit card, debit card, or another payment method from your Google Play account on the computer, go to “payment methods on Google Play”, choose “Edit payment methods”, click on “Remove” under the payment method you want to remove and follow “Remove”.
If you want to remove a payment method on your Android, navigate to “payment methods on Google Play”, tap “More”, choose “Payment settings”, if necessary sign in to Google Play, tap “Remove” under the payment method you want to remove, and click on “Remove”.

To buy Google Play credit with cash, navigate to the top right corner of the Google Play app, tap the profile icon, and follow the next stages: Payments & subscriptions > Payments methods > Add a payment method > Buy Google Play Credit. After this, select an amount, tap “Continue”, choose a store, if it is necessary add your name and postal code, tap “Get payment code”, and follow the further instructions.
