Refund request of N17,000 cancelled. A verve card was used for the payment methods but a Visa card is requested for the refund method. I don't have another card.

Failure to allow $25.00 Google Play Gift Card to be cashed due to issues where purchased
I bought a $25.00 Google Play Card from a Target store located in Swansea, MA. After 19 attempts, with photos of the receipt, both sides of the scratched card sent to Google Support and being transferred to a Specialist, I had to fill out the appropriate form 17 times.
However, it was not accepted because 'the page needs refreshing'. Despite refreshing the page, I received no response. It's been over two weeks. Now, they want a review.
My Google history shows no cashing of any cards since 11/08/2024.
This card was bought using a Mastercard. All I want is $25.00 to be credited to jrbennett2525@***.com, like I paid.

I have a service to help with getting to full on my telephone snd these people only want more money to add space. Once got they said I was almost full. I cannot talk to any one. No hrlp
They just wanted money; they bugged me no matter what I did. Then they got money and they billed me too high.

Resolved: You are billing me for unknown things.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I can't remember so many things were going wrong at the same time.
I paid for Tube Premium, not anything else. You charged me for Tube Paramount and Prime.
I did not order either one of those. You took $12.99 on August 31st for one of those from my PayPal account, and then $13.99 from my Direct Express account on August 30th, 2024. I never ordered either of these things. I did the 7-day free trial for Tube No Ads on Tube Premium.
You didn't take that out. However, I keep getting messages telling me to pay.
I sent an email to Pissed Customers about this. Please fix it!

Why is my card locked
Saying my card is locked and I never used it. I didn't have the chance to use the card yet.
I was trying to sell it online, so I don't know what happened. I had added $150 on the card.
I picked up the wrong one; that's what happened. I have an iPhone and can't use this card.

Promueve y apaña la estafa.
Son millones los que usan google play para descargar apps y juegos; y son muchos los que gracias a esos juegos son estafados, burlados y abusados gracias tambien a la complicidad monetaria de google play. El juego del que hare referencia hoy es 2048 Card que se descarga en google play y del cual tengo una experiencia extresante.
Realice todos los retos, y los supere aun cuando los incrementaban para exteder la fecha de pago. Juegan con las personas deshonesta y descaradamente. Aun , despues de varios dias, espero que me pague lo que anuncian que se les pagara a los jugadores que cumplan con los retos. Pero continuan aumentando retos para nunca pagar.
Me deben $1080 y dudo mucho que lo paguen porque es una plataforma china asociada con google play y de esa combinacion nada saldra bueno. Pero los chinos no tienen leyes, google play si. Parece que a google play se le olvida que opera en estados unidos donde aqui nada ni nadie esta por encima de la ley.
Google play, estas patrocinando la estafa, el robo de identidad, el abuso al consumidor y eso te convierte en un delincente igual o peor de los que promueves y protejes. Eres , en fin, "un delincuente de cuello blaco" y espero que algun dia, como le ha pasado a muchos, la ley te persiga y te castigue.

Resolved: Gift card redemption
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
The card number is valid, and it shows the correct balance under the redemption process.
However, I was asked to provide details such as the department store name, receipt, and purchase date for verification. Since the card was bought 3-4 years ago by a senior family member who can't recall these details and didnt keep the receipt, not knowing it would be required for redemption, could you kindly consider an exemption in this case to allow the card to be redeemed?
Preferred solution: to allow the redemption of the gift card without providing the proof of purchase. or provide the full refund AUD50.

Gift card issues
Yes, I tried to redeem the Google Play card I had purchased from Home Depot in Guam, and the first time I tried to redeem, it said something about the country. Then, the next few attempts kept saying 'error' or 'need more info', and I'd send the information, with uploaded photos of the receipt and the Google Play gift card front and back, and to no success, I'm still not able to redeem.
I've tried calling the Google Support, it seems as if they have been closed for quite some time. I've tried using Google help online chat, yet it'll attempt to transfer me to a support agent, but expect me to pay $1 to completely transfer me to anyone that could help resolve the issue. It's so sad because I was so excited to finally subscribe to apps I've been interested in, yet I can't even get any kind of help with the gift card issue. It's not like I'm asking for any kind of refund, I just want to successfully redeem so I can use it towards my apps.
Can anyone please point me in a direction where I can resolve this issue?
I'm usually not one to make a bad review even if someone deserved one, but I feel like I don't want to be at a loss for $25 which is the amount I spent to get the gift card. And the cashier did activate the card, I checked, so how can I get help redeeming my gift card?
