Resolved: Charged a day early on subscription
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Contacted Google, Disney+, Google again, Pissed Consumer, Google again, PC again, Google again, PC again.
The charge came through a day early so the check to the lawyer is going to bounce.
Google won't allow me to talk to a person, and their automated assistance tells me I have to contact Disney+ for resolution, as the only one of my Play Store subscriptions they handle refunds for is NFL+.
Meanwhile Disney+ tells me they're not legally allowed to process ANY changes to an account purchased through a 3rd party.
So they get to stay happy and protected after stealing my money, playing off each other as they screw me. Meanwhile, they've caused a check TO MY LAWYER to *** BOUNCE!
